Q: I need to order personalized favor tags for birthday favors. If I need more letters on a line other than what you allow, can you do it?
A: Please email us at sophiesfavors@hotmail.com to request this. We will then let you know if we can do it.
Q: My daughter is having a sweet sixteen party next month and wants custom favor tags in a different ink color. Can you print the text in other ink colors:
A: Black is our default ink color for the text of the favor tags. Please email us at sophiesfavors@hotmail.com to request a different color and we will let you know if we can do it.
Q: I’d like to order your personalized hang tags but was wondering if I can order the hang tags with the hole punched in them but without the ribbon?
A: Both our gift and hang tag web pages offer an option of holes punched in the gift tags without ribbon with separate pricing. Please email us at sophiesfavors@hotmail.com if you still have questions.
Q: I’d like to use your wedding tags as placecards for my guests. Can you do custom placecards with each guest’s name on the name tag along with the table number?
A: I’m sorry, we are not able to do individual name placecards at this time. We can, however, do placecards that have a blank line on the first line (for you to write in your guest’s name) and then the words “Table No.______” printed on the next line.
Q: Do you have other cardstock colors available other than white or ivory?
A: At this time, we are only offering white and ivory for the card stock colors for the wedding and party favor gift tags.
Q: Do you offer other font styles for your custom wedding tags other than the ones listed on your website?
A: No, we only offer the font styles listed on each wedding favor tag’s ordering page.
Q: I just submitted my order, but need to make a change to the wording on my personalized wedding tags. What should I do?
A: Please email us immediately at sophiesfavors@hotmail.com. If we haven’t already started on your wedding tags, we can accommodate changes. But, if we have already started working on your wedding tags, there may be additional fees involved to make changes to your wedding tags or hang tags.
Q: I would like to purchase some preprinted tags (not personalized)..do you offer these kind of favor tags?
A: Yes, we offer off-the-shelf pre-printed favor tags in a variety of designs - some with popular preprinted messages, and some that are blank. Click here for more information.
Q: I want to order your personalized gift tags but need them ASAP. How can I get expedited service?
A: Faster shipping may be selected when ordering through our website, including UPS 3 day select, UPS 2nd day air, and UPS Next Day Air Saver. Otherwise, please email us with your request at sophiesfavors@hotmail.com. Please indicate:
- what personalized gift tags (and any other items) you want to order
- the zip code we would be shipping the items to
- the date you want to receive them by

Q: What is your typical turnaround time for processing custom wedding tag or hang tag orders?
A: It usually takes us between 3-5 business days to process a customized gift tag order. Then, once we are ready to ship your customized gift tag order, UPS Ground takes 2-3 days to West Coast destinations, about 5 days to mid-west locations and 7-8 days to East Coast locations.
Q: Can you do raised printing on your personalized wedding tags or hang tags?
A: No, we are not offering this type of printing for the wedding tags or hang tags at this time.
Q: I have an image that I’d like printed on my personalized favor tags. Can you do this if I send you the image?
A: Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate images on our favor gift tags at this time.
Q: I’d like to receive some samples of gift tags before I place my main order. Can you send me some?
A: Yes, please email us at sophiesfavors@hotmail.com with the shape, size and colors that you’re interested in along with your mailing address and we will send you free samples by first class mail.
Q: I’d like to receive a sample favor tag – can you personalize it with my wording before you send it to me?
A: Sorry, we are unable to personalize sample favor tags. However, we can send you free sample favor tags and/or hang tags if you let us know which style, size and colors you’re interested in seeing.
Q: I’d like a border color on my custom bridal shower tag that you currently do not offer – can you do this?
A: Sorry, we only offer the colors listed on our website.
Q: I’d like to order personalized wedding tags with some of your gift boxes, but I am not sure what size gift tag to order?
A: The rectangular favor tags work best with our small ballotin favor box. The petite and small sized round/square gift tags and small sized heart shaped gift tags work best with our deluxe 2x2x2 two-piece boxes. The small and medium sized round/square and large sized heart personalized gift tags work best with our 4-piece ballotin favor boxes. Our medium sized square and medium/large sized round favor tags work best with our 3.5” square gift boxes. If there is favor packaging not listed here, please send us an email at sophiesfavors@hotmail.com and we will recommend to you the size for the gift tag that works best with your item.
Q: Do you offer proofs of the personalized gift tags before they are printed and shipped?
A: No...unfortunately we do not offer proofs of our gift tags at this time.
Q: I only need 20 personalized tags for my graduation party, can I buy only 20 instead of a pack of 24 tags?
A: No...gift tags sold alacarte on our website are sold in packs of 24.
Q: How thick is the cardstock that you use for your custom party tags?
A: We use 65 lb cardstock.
Q: I just received my custom favor tags and realized that I made a mistake on the text – can you redo them with the correct text?
A: We can print another set for you at the current prices on our website. Customized products such as gift tags are non-refundable.
Q: How do I adhere the personalized gift tags to my favor packaging?
A: You can adhere our custom gift tags to favor packaging by using double stick tape or hot glue from a hot glue gun.
Q: Is the text centered on the personalized party favor tag?
A: Yes...all text is centered on the personalized favor tag for all of our favor tag designs.
Q: Can I order blank gift tags without the personalized message text but with the color border? Would the price of such gift tags remain the same?
A: Yes, you may order blank gift tags without any message text. Simply leave the message text lines blank on the web order form and state in the COMMENTS section (which is just below the Billing Address section) that you would like blank gift tags. However, the price for blank gift tags will remain the same.
Q: Can I order sheets of blank custom gift tags so that I may run them through my own printer, i.e., the gift tags aren't individually cut out.
A: Sorry, we do not offer this option at this time due to concerns with different software and printer set ups.
Q: Can you print message text on both
sides of the personalized favor tags?
A: Unfortunately, we can only print on the front side of the personalized gift tags with the color border.
