Payment Options For Orders

Orders made through our secure website can be paid for by credit card (Visa, Mastercard, or American Express) through our online order processing. We are unable to accept payment by money orders, personal checks or Paypal.

Refund Policy & Returns

For all custom gift tag, personalized label or personalized ribbon orders, all sales are final and are not refundable. For all other orders, if you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will refund your order if you return it in its original condition/packaging within 30 days of your receipt of the products. Please allow up to 14 business days after delivery of your returned product to our facility for refunds to be processed. Refunds will be the price you paid for your order minus shipping and handling costs and a 10% restocking fee. All shipping costs to return the items to Sophie's Favors are the responsibility of the customer and are not reimbursable. Please send the unused items back to us at the address at the top of your invoice and put "Attn.: Returns" on the front of your package. Please be sure to include a copy of your invoice so that we know which order is being returned.

Refused Shipments

If you refuse delivery of a shipment, you will be refunded for the purchase price of the products less a 10% restocking fee and less the shipping charges for your order.

Exchanges

For all custom gift tag, label or personalized ribbon orders, all sales are final and can not be exchanged or refunded. For all other orders, if you want to exchange something you ordered from us for something else from our website, please follow these instructions. Return the items to us at our address on the invoice you received with the items, Attn.: Exchanges. Please put a note in the package telling us what you want to exchange the items for. We will then send you an email providing the additional cost (or refund, as applicable) + the cost for shipping out the new items for your approval. Upon your approval, we will ship out the new items to you. All shipping costs to return the items to Sophie's Favors for the exchange are the responsibility of the customer and are not reimbursable.

Shipping Address Corrections After Order Has Been Shipped

If a customer has entered an incorrect address or zip code as the shipping address for their order, and Sophie's Favors is assessed an address correction charge by the shipping company, Sophie's Favors will charge the address correction fee to the customer. Also, if the customer contacts UPS after the package has been shipped by us to re-route the package to another address, UPS will assess an address correction fee which Sophie's Favors will charge to the customer. The standard address correction fee for UPS packages is $5.00.

Secure Website Ordering

Credit card safety is a high priority at Sophie's Favors. Online ordering using our shopping cart system on our web site is safe because it resides on a secure server. The secure server encrypts all of your personal information that you input in our online order forms.

Order Damages (from Shipping)

We make every effort to ensure that your order is correct, properly packaged, and well protected in transit. Despite our best efforts, damage sometimes occurs during shipping. We do not accept responsibility for products damaged in transit. We strongly recommend that you always inspect your packages before accepting them when delivered.

International Orders

Sophie's Favors can ship orders to any location in the USA or Canada. However, we are not accepting orders shipped to overseas (non-North American) locations at this time. Orders shipped to Canada are shipped by UPS Standard, Orders shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and APO/FPO addresses, are shipped by Priority Mail. All orders must be paid in advance in U.S. funds by credit card before your order is shipped. Orders shipped to Canada may have import duties, taxes or customs broker fees that are due on your order when you receive it. We are not able to let you know in advance what these fees will be because these costs are unknown to us. We recommend that you check with your local customs office before ordering.
